October 1, 201213 yr Two things you may not have noticed on AVSIM recently... 1. A great freeware release - the Macchi 205 Veltro. This was a development of the earlier Macchi 202 Folgore and one of the best fighters of WWII. This particular release carries on the outstanding work done by by Manuele Villa (MVG3D) & Italianwings. It is payware quality and loads of fun to fly. Like the earlier MC202 and their CR42 it takes careful handling - this airplane will BITE if you don't handle it carefully. It is a beautiful bit of modelling and comes complete with custom sound set, excellent VR and a bunch of wonderful repaints. 2. Make sure you check the "Bargain" forum. VFR France FS9 sceneries are on sale for 50% off at Sim Market. Not to be missed folks..... Cheers Ian

LOL I wish!!!!!!!!!! I'm with you on the issue of it being a bit pricey - I have drooled over those sceneries numerous times. Now it's download time!!! Cheers mate Ian
