saitek controller settings

im looking for advice on setting up my new controllers ive just got the saitek proflight system (throttles, yoke and rudders) however when i adjust the sensitivity sliders in fsx the controlls seem either over responsive or under responsive im having a hard time finding the right setting flying mostly pmdg ngx and qw avro rj any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also keep in mind each computer is different and we all tend to over control and under control with new equipment so it takes some time and patients to get it to you liking and every add on aircraft is a bit different. Hang in their thought the end results are well worth it.

Yeah, using FSUIPC was the best way of configuring things as well. Way more configurable and reliable.
