I posted the following on the opus forums already but I thought I'd post it here too so maybe I'll get help quicker :-)

 

Anyway:

 

 

With Ezdok I can move left,right backwards and forwards using the up,down,left and right arrows no problem and it all works nice and smooth also with trackir.

 

 

With opus tho it works only if track ir does not get the signal (red lights).

 

if the lights are green it does not work and it looks like the commands are somehow blocked.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this ?

From our OpusFSX Live Camera pdf ...

 

"The Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, Left, Right, Up, and Down keys cannot be assigned to camera views"

 

 

These keys are already assigned by FSX so we don't use them.

In the next version you will be able to control PBY when TrackIR is disabled provided your DHM effects are being used in a virtual cockpit (in which case they only control XYZ). When TIR is enabled the TIR device is setting all 6DOF 80 times a second hence any keys that try to alter the view within FSX including the hat switch will not work simply because that command is being overridden by TIR. We have refrained from handling all the key commands ourselves because we don't believe it is a good idea to insist on removong all the standard FSX key definitions. Also our method has absolutely no effect on the FSX performance hence people changing over to Live Camera experience a 3-6 FPS increase.
