No, wait - have you cross-checked that you entered the correct serial code? It has happened to me some time ago, that I have tried to activate a product with a wrong serial number, because when I typed them serial numbers into my list, I switched two of them by error.

It's most likely deactivated because it's detected to be pirated serial code, what about trying to buy this product legally?

 

At least I have seen before cases where people have complained about these squares, and it turned out that they have been using pirated product which is older version... If you buy this product now you should automatically get new version which does not have these squares, I see no way how you could have bought this product recently and still have these.

 

"Deactivated" doesn't sound like a message that would come after typing accidentally incorrect serial, but rather that particular serial has been blocked because it has been used by pirates. Also quick use of Google leads to pirate site where people are complaining about this exact same "problem".
