Load & Balance Sheet

Recommended Posts

Hi Bryan,

a small issue, but I wanted to ask if you could organize a change to the dialogue during the delivery of the load and balance sheet to the captain. The person delivering the sheet commences with "Good Afternoon Captain".......could this be altered to a more generic "Hello Captain", as the time of day for each flight differs.

PS: naturally, this request is not an imperative issue so whenever an update to the button control is in the works perhaps this alteration included then?

Thanks again Bryan/Damien

Rgds,

Steve

Hi Bryan,

I'm using the US Voice set.

Interestingly enough, to add, despite the fact the flight crew (Capt & FO) accent is US, the groundcrew (APU, Ext A, Tug) is Scottish, and the person delivering the Load/Balance sheet is from England? Forgot to mention that to you in my original post.

Rgds,

The Ground Crew voices are based on physical location, so if you're in the UK, etc., you should hear a UK sound set.

However, if your flight crew selection is set to US, you should still hear American accents for the pilots and FA's -even if you're in the UK, etc.

The "Good Afternoon" loadsheet only happens with the UK ground voices.. I'll remove "good afternoon" in an update.

The American ground crew says "Hi Captain.."

Cheers,

Hi Bryan,

just to clarify so there's no confusion at my end:

  • I live in Australia, and there are no voice sets with Aussie accents?
  • I've chosen the US voice sets but get Scottish accent on ground crew & English accent on person delivering load/balance sheet
  • Captain, FO and FA are US accents

Should I have a Scottish and English accent in my voice set?

Rgds,

Steve
