October 23, 201213 yr So I submitted a ticket yesterday because a reinstall of AS2012 would neither accept the key it came with, or the originally purchased ASA key from a few years ago. It's been 24 hours and the ticket is still in the "unassigned" category. How long does it usually take for them to fix a license problem?
