what is the difference between "PMDG_737_8900_NGX_3219_SP1c(1).ZIP'' and ''PMDG_737_800_900_Model_Update''. Should I install both for PMDG B 737-800 NGX or only SP1c?

This is for old FS9 version. Install PMDG_737_8900_NGX_3219_SP1c(1).ZIP if you've got earlier version.
