A great thread and certainly one of the most interesting in Hangar Chat for a few weeks.

 

It is a shame that the mods were unable to find a better way to stop the politics creeping in, rather than having to close it dead.

 

As I said, it was a great read and something that is very close to my heart having worked in the funding of private healthcare for 28 years from an insurance and risk management point of view. In the words of Einstein, the significant problems of today will not be solved by the level of thinking that created them. And that applies to all countries.

Yeah, well, put the responsibility on the mods again to step in and "fix" a conversation. What about self responsibility? What about "self-moderation"? What about staying on topic? If you guys and girls cannot be adults and stay on topic, then don't be surprised if a mod steps in and shuts it down as I am now going to do with this attempt to reopen it.
