Keys programed in 8i Pmdg key command menu have no effect. I cjecked the keys are not used by FSX or FSUIPC

You do not need to post in both the B747 forums, as we can see the B747-8I sub-forum from the main B747 page. Again, perhaps you should try running FSX as an administrator.
