Have just purchased the Ariane B737Ng Alaskan Airlines VCe package. Downloaded 4 zip files (1 aircraft, 2 sound and 1 documentation). The 2 sound files were successfully installed but not the aircraft file. The following message appeared:CRC error - cannot install the following file: D:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9AircraftBoeing_737_900 Alaskan Airlines N305AStextureb737ng_parts_material_l.bmp .I re-downloaded the zip file three times using 3 separate PC's but the same error message appeared when installing them.Question: Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?I have emailed Ariane Support but they are probably busy tallying up their sales numbers.

Hello, :-)Have purchased the Ariane 737-900VCe too.Had no probs at install. :(But i downloaded 5 Zip files named:1. Boeing 737-900 Ng VCe Alaska.zip2. Boeing 737-900 Ng VCe Alaska1.zip3. Boeing 737-900 Ng VCe Alaska2.zip4. Boeing 737-900 Ng VCe Alaska3.zip5. Boeing 737-900 Ng VCe Alaska4.zipmaybe thats the prob?You have to contact Ariane,than as i now you can`t get to the download page again.They have some new security stuff.... :-hmmm cheerspmpilot ;-)

Perhaps Ariane has erroneously barred the critical file from download.

Apparently I had to disable my firewall before the downloads. So I did, but no joy again.My FS PC connects to the net via my internet PC on a home LAN. Due to the physical structure of my home cockpit, it is extremely neck-breaking for me to re-route the cables to enable the FS PC to access the net directly, I have to live with this. Apparently, the downloads work only if the installation is done on the same PC on which the online payment was made. If your FS PC is not linked directly to the net, better get the CD version.
