November 2, 201213 yr What resolution are you planning to run it at? They shpuld be good. But consider overclocking your cpu to 4.5ghz at least. You shouldnt have a problem doing that. November 2, 201213 yr Author My screen can support max 1920xsomething. But i can run at 1280*1024 or like that if it helps having more FPS
November 3, 201213 yr Author Can the GTX 660 be a problem ? I know it is a good card, I just want to be assured, GTX 660 or 660 ti, the frames will be sames ? Because i just bought these specs and i see everybody has the 660 ti and me the 660, it makes me feel bad...
November 3, 201213 yr Yeah, you should see decent fps. A higher RAM clock would help though. Ripjaws X is only $50 for 8GB 2133MHZ. If you are going to OC an Ivy, get an H100 or similar for that bad boy, they run hot. ORBX- the way to go Sincerely, John McGee
November 3, 201213 yr Talek, you should have no problems running at this hardware! FSX by itself is a bit of a drag to set up to run smoothly, but I have written this guide to get you up to speed inside of an hour or two, as long as you need to go through this: http://forum.avsim.net/fsx_guide.pdf Also available in the tweaking section on AVSIM. I recommend you do this, there are many who profitted from this!
