Problem with the license/product key...again...

Featured Replies

After having AS 2012 installed on a second PC I uninstalled it and then re-installed it on my main FSX PC but when I'm asked to enter my product key and do so I'm informed it's an upgrade key and asks me to provide a product key for the product I'm upgrading from...so I enter several old product keys for previous HiFi products before AS 2012 (been a HiFi customer since 2004...) but the only result I get is a message that you're sorry the license key cannot be validated or something like that.

This is not the first time I have problem when trying to reinstall HiFi software so please, please, please...help me get a fully working product key for AS 2012 that will work but this time and next time I want to reinstall a product I paid for long ago!!

Sorry if I don't sound too happy but in fact I'm not since I was looking forward to spend some serious FSX time this weekend and with that I don't mean trying to get a product key work...I also sent you a support ticket...

We've responded to your ticket... You need to ensure you choose ASE as the product name during eligibility check. Let us know on the ticket if you have any trouble with this and we'll assist.

Thanks for your prompt reply Damian!

I did choose ASE but to no avail, however I was able to find another key from you that did work so problem is solved :good:

I also sent you a more detailed answer in your support ticket system.
