No issues here,but I use firefox.

Maybe clear out your browser cache,and as buedi said, you must allow session cookies for this.

Very strange Clem,as i used paypal last night with no problems.

Certainly very strange. I always allow all cookies on all my browsers, and cleared cache for all browsers and also flushed the DNS. Not working. What could be the problem? I googled the issue and it seems like some others are going through my current experience as well.
