Hi there..

 

First of all, am sorry if I am posting in the wrong topic/forum or if something similar has already been discussed.

 

I have read a lot of topic on various forums about all the different ways of installing FSX and the add on..

 

I am having a problem with my setup with a lot of frame drops when using specific add ons etc etc.

 

So I am planning to re install SFX and the add ons that I would like to keep, but need guidance on setup (ex, on the default directory or create a new one) etc etc. I am happy to re install my windows if that helps. I will list below my hardware specifications and what add ons i would like to run FSX on and would really appreciate every help on this as I have been looking every where to sort this our for the past 3 months!

 

Also, I have only one hard drive (seagate 1TB) internal, is it better to get an additional SSD for FSX only!

 

Again am sorry for the long post.. New to forums.. But really need some help here!!! :(

Maybe you should have posted this in the FSX forum section, better chance of getting more response as not everyone read trough all the subforums.

Reccomend this tweaking guide if you're experiencing bad performance, and also overclocking your CPU would help alot.
