Is this function available at all in the FMC? It only ever appears blanked out.

 

In the FMS manual, it states under "Advanced Flight Planning":

 

In the advanced flight planning section......insertion of procedure turns in the flight plan will be covered

However, no mention is actually made, and the option is apparently disabled in the FMS? :huh: I'm guessing a feature that was planned but never made the cut. :(

There are few items which are greyed out in the FMC unless specific flight perameters prohibit them. I would also be interested to know if this is possible.
