In the Abacus / First Class Simulations package titled "Take to the Skies", with throttle fully closed ( joystick or keyboard commands ) all A/C "float" forever, and will not descend to land. With throttle fully "off" , and a 10 degree noise-up attitude, A/C maintains constant altitude and 80k airspeed, I tired increasing payload, but no effect. No response from Abacus / F.C.S. support.

Suggestions will be appreciated.

First of all, have you calibrated your joystick?

 

And if you hit F1 repeatedly, does that not get the throttle to "off"?

 

If you have FSUIPC installed, it might be worth having a look at the throttle settings there as well..
