I have a problem with cockpit sound of my B737ngx. The sound cockpit is simulated, but i can't hear the engines! i can hear the engines only if i turn the cockpit view back to the entry door of the cockpit.

Can someone help me?

i suggest trying to uninstall it then install it again and if this does not work then submit a ticket

i have uninstalled, and than reinstalled it, but the problem remains!

Make sure your not using 5.1 sound. Reinstalling and selecting just 2ch stereo sound did it for me.
