  1. Hi rob, thanks for the update! Is there any news on the 747v2?
  2. Hi, You can find them on the PMDG website. Go to Downloads and select he add on livery tab and then the 737ngx tab. Hope this helped
  3. The original jumbo jet (747) is such a beautiful aircraft. However, Concorde is by far the best looking aircraft that has ever been made (my opinion).
  4. aha saw 16JUL13 and started to panic thinking there was an update on the 777  got slightly disappointed when I realised what the post was actually about keep up the good work PMDG
  5. hi I suggest what ever manufacturer you prefer. If you favour Boeing more than airbus, go with Boeing or vice versa. At the end of the day you will be wanting to go to the one that you will enjoy flying the most.
  6. I would say that the 747 will be retired when the 777 comes out, well until the v2 come out . personally I will still fly the NGX as I am busy during the week and long haul flights with the 777 and 747 v2 (when it Is released) at the weekends!!
  7. I though that the thrust reduction was at 1500ft whilst at the same time the nose lowers to 10 degrees so that you can accelerate and retract the flaps when required Thomas Wills
  8. I use to love flying the original PMDG 737 and when I brought the NGX, I was blown away compared to the old version in all aspects. hopefully this should be exactly the same story. If so, I cant wait to get my hands on a copy. I love the 747 and its my favourite aircraft. I cant wait to see what PMDG will do with this aircraft. Thomas Wills
  9. After flying the NGX for several months, I decided to go back to the queen. Even though the cockpit looks dated, well compared to NGX anyway, I forgot how much I love flying her. Even though the aircraft was developed 7 years ago, its still a beaut to fly. cant wait to see what PMDG have done with V2!!
  10. can't wait for the arrival of the 777 and the 747 after. Keep up the good work PMDG!!!!!!! Thomas Wills
  11. i suggest trying to uninstall it then install it again and if this does not work then submit a ticket Thomas Wills
  12. hi chris, its totally up to you but i would as you can get use to the aircraft systems so it will be easier to use when the v2 come out Thomas Wills
  13. ill probably fly the NGX during the week as I don't have much time to do a long flights and fly the 777 at the weekends Thomas Wills
  14. hi dogang i would just like to add that flaps 10 and 20 are the takeoff flaps for the -400. flaps setting are generally down to the weight of the aircraft, temp, runway length and also depends on the airlines procedures. if you are experiencing the nose rotating before your rotate speed i suggest putting a little forward pressure on the yoke and adjusting your trim. Regards Thomas Wills
  15. hi i have the same problem as t.toto but im not that botherd about it, i just use manual braking, however, it would be nice to have them working. cant wait for the 747v2 Thomas Wills
