November 22, 201213 yr I tried opening a ticket and logging into my account only to find out that my account was no longer valid. I registered again but I'm not getting any confirmation mail.i tried resetting the password and changing it , which I managed but it still tells me my account is disabled even after i changed my password ? Any help appreciated.,
