I bought last year at Amazon the PMDG 737 NGX for FSX. But mostly, I use the FS9. I have installed my NGX today again and wanted to fly a round, but unfortunately I get not enabled it because the serial number is not accepted. I can not explain this to me and need help.

 

I have found now only here after a long search because I'm looking for the PMDG support. I hope I'm right here. Please don't be surprised about my English, I use a translator.

You have to fill out a ticket come to find this out myself you can only install so many times and they have to reinstate your serial number its the only way it will work, click on submit a ticket on left side fill out info, good luck.

I have the same problem: I have to reactivate for the 737NG X. I have a box version, fill out the code, but it is not possible to get it working!

The second problem (Murphy) I made a type-error and called my log in name Har,em and ..... the komma is not accepted, so I can't log in for a ticket! Do I have to register again?
