I just received the 737 NGX and was so excited. However the first thing I tried to do did not work. I was in VC as suggested and clicked on top of the yoke but it did not move so I could not get access to the FMC. How do I get to the FMC in 2D? I am stuck in neutral and cannot get anything doen. Need help fast as I will run of fuel soon.

I too just received this program and am running it on FSX on WIn 8. I had to comb through the Intro manual and make sure all the recommended sttings were implimented. I had to get a new UiAutomationCore.dll file installed. I then went through, step-by-step the Tutorial #1 and everyting seemed to work just as expected. There are a few quirks that I ran inot, but I am sure it is my lack of procedure sequence and not a program bug. Good Luck. I will follow this post to see how you make out.

Well shift 3 will bring up the fms. And click on the middle of the yoke. Like the shaft part to get it down.

 

If this is the first complex addon you have flown do the tutorials.

2D CDU/FMC is shift+3 if I remember correctly.

 

Not sure why the yoke wont go down for you, top centre of the yoke the mouse pointer should turn into a hand symbol.
