I need help Please on how do i put this Rout in the FMC and how to Ajust the Altitude on each waypoint please

so for example take this rout

 

N0458F320 ODLUN Y233 EMBOX UL986 DLE UL980 RKN UP20 GORLO UL980 LOGAN/0102

 

witch is from EDDP to EGLL for FL 320 so the route is about 475 and some NM,, So how would i put this in the FMC ??

 

and where should my TD be,,, at witch way point ?? thank you

 

If you ask on witch Aircraft answer ( PMDG 737 , QWAVRO )

Doesnt the 737NGX show you where the TD is on the DU?
