January 7, 201313 yr I recently got a new joystick and it works like any other joystick and throttle... But what I don't understand is that the throttle levers doesn't work in DCS A-10C, but works perfectly fine in FSX... When I try and set it in the Options in DCS, it doesn't even recognize I'm moving the throttles (when I am). It recognizes every other button I press but just not the throttles... Help! Thanks, Andrew Andrew i7 3820 @ 3.6 / P9X79LE / 16GB RAM / GTX 660
January 7, 201313 yr Can you clarify exactly what Joystick you bought, as you mention "Throttle lever's" so you bought a Joystick Throttle set that has 2 or more throttle levers? I assume also that when you go to "Game controllers > Properties" within windows, you can see everything lighting up and moving when you test the Joystick / Throttle levers? (Levers or lever?) Thanks, Andrew Sounds like you are looking for it to Auto-Populate the box when you move the levers. No. In the DCS Options screen it won't auto-recognize you are moving an axis, only button presses, so you will have to open up the dialogue box and pick the axis manually--probably called "slider." (I've encountered that before, and as a user of fsx and fsuipc, was expecting it to work exactly the same when assigning levers, but it doesn't! )
