BN-2 Islander Repaints

Featured Replies

I frequently fly the Flight1 BN-2 Islander, some carribean flights, some Australian routes, but mainly around the UK. However, I was wondering if anyone who also flew this great plane knew of any liveries that could be applied? I recently saw the Top Gear episode where they cross the English Channel and realised for the first time that the UK coastguard aircraft that does a low fly-past is a BN-2, so a Coastguard livery would be pretty cool to have if there is one out there? I think there is a repaint option, but I'm not sure, and if there is I definitely don't have the skills to use it properly, I was hoping for something a bit simpler to use. I know it's probably a big ask for some simple, free liveries, but any direction anyone can send me towards would be appreciated!

Thanks in Advance!

Try to search over at http://aussiex.org, I just searched for some liveries from New Zealand, and I happened to notice some Islander repaints there as well. As I don't have this plane, I didn't pay attention to which liveries are available there, though.

Thanks for both of your replies, I've found some great repaints that I'm going to give a try! Extra special thanks to CODY614 for your link as the Skybus Isle of Scilly repaints will definitely come in handy, as will the Loganair Highland Park repaint as the Highlands is another favourite area of mine, just need Orbx to cover that area now!

Thanks again guys!
