January 8, 201313 yr Hello, I am new to FS2004 and this forum. I downloaded the Veneaviones Aero Commander 690B and I love the plane. However I am having a couple of problems with it. For one the Glass Panel will not display anything. All the gauges are blank. I tryed shutting the plane down and restarting but it did not work. I tried boosting all the display settings to the highest possible and still blank. Not sure where to go from here? Can anyone please help me? Also after rotating on take off the plane pitches upward, is this anything more than a trim issue? Thank you all very much for helping me with this matter!
January 9, 201313 yr What file are you using? The stock V. 690B has steam gauges. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
January 9, 201313 yr Author Thanks Joe! Not sure exactly what file. Pretty sure its the stock version. Both Lite and VC models and only 1 paint scheme. It is the YV-218CP if that helps? Are there others? What to do? Thanks again! Sean
January 9, 201313 yr The original 690B is veneaviones_rockwell_turbo_commander_690b.zip and it has steam gauges. If you don't know what file you downloaded, I can't help you. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
January 9, 201313 yr Author I downloaded the AC690 model now and panel works fine. Still having the pitch upwards issue when taking off. I set the pitch to zero indication but does not matter. How to fix this? Thanks Joe for your time and patience I am a bit new to this. Sincerely, Sean.
January 9, 201313 yr Yeah, it seems a little overpowered and climbs like the space shuttle if you try to fly it by the book. Some nose-down trim is called for even though the POH says to set it at neutral. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
