January 15, 201313 yr You don't. You just re-install on your clean system. PMDG allows a couple extra activations for this situation. Paul Wood
January 15, 201313 yr Morning Mike, Open up a trouble ticket with PMDG and let them know what and why you are doing. I did this about a month ago and mine was reset within about 30 minutes from the time I opened the ticket. R/ Pete McMahon
