ASE(FS9 Mode): How to stop download process when server down?

Hi,

 

servers down, ASE swichig from primary to secondary server...

no download.

So for these problem i have saved any weather files in *.wx for ASE.

But how to use ist?

The Buttons in ASE - also the Button "open" are noct active for the time,

so long ASE keep attempt to download.

how i can stop the download process to open my weatherfiles?

Where is the STOP Button for these?

Hi

 

Uncheck the box that says Automatic Downloads under Options.

Negative:

 

the Button "Options" is not active when ASE want to download the weather,

and servers are down...

Close ASE, edit the cfg file, save the file and then restart ASE. Then it will not attempt to download any data.

 

And the server problem may have been solved days ago!

I think this can be a good thing.
