So when I want to start a flight with the PMDG 737, it ask my to activate the product but I already did it !

2 hours ago I was flying the PMDG without problem and now they ask my to re-activate it ! So I put my serial code into the little box and I have this error : "ERROR: flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1).

What do I need to do to fix it ?
