January 20, 201313 yr Hello everyone, FSX is having problems loading up, so I need to disable some scenery items in the fsx library. However, I'm not sure which file should I edit. Do you have any ideas? Thank you Cai Zicheng Cai
January 20, 201313 yr You WORKING scenery.cfg is located in C:\Program Data\Microsoft\FSX. Do not touch the one in the same folder as the FSX.cfg. There's a freeware program called SceneryConfigEditor (Google) that loads your scenery.cfg and checks for errors. If it finds any, it will tell you or it will fix the problem. You can also edit any scenery in this neat little editor. Best regards, Jim Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource!
