January 24, 201313 yr Hi guys, I'm new both in here & in MS FSX. Now I have a strange & serious problem and no answer can be found anywhere. And this will be my 1st post , so please forgive me if I posted at wrong area. Here're pictures: gear down. gear is raising. gear up so far as now, it's correct in front view. HERE come to the proble. when you move the view in front down 45 degrees of the plane. then like this: notice where are the landing lights. notice where are the landing lights. move the view in front down 90 degrees of the plane. even at the daytime. Some infos: Notebook with i5 core, 3G RAM, GT420M. WIN7 32bit, DX11 in-built. FSX Dulex + Acceleration, no add-on. Not DX10 mode. One more question pls, why there is no sun in the game but shadows? Even daytime and clear skies. This makes me a very bad mood during the flight. Kindly enlighten or give me advice to fix the problem. Much thanks in advance!
January 24, 201313 yr Moderator Turn the landing lights off when the gear is retracted. The .fx files are attached to the gear via an attachpoint node in the compiled model (.mdl) file. They are obviously animated incorrectly, but there's nothing any user can do about that. Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
January 24, 201313 yr Author forgot to tell. I have .net 3.5 & VC+2005/2008/2010 in the system. And i found something new: Ground is illuminated by those 2 strange light sources, while I fly at 300ft with gear retracted. I'm so much confused.
