Does FS2CREW have passengers, or will i need to purchase XPAX or FSP? - if it doesn't which one (XPAX/FSP) integrates best with the MD-11?

 

 

Does active sky2012 give me a weather panel in my 3RD nav display?

FS2Crew is self-explanatory. There is only the captain, first officer, and cabin crew (and ground crew if I remember correctly). I don't know anything about XPAX or FSP.

No. The third ND is there if either (or both) of the captain's or first officer's inner displays fail. You can install xGauge (a weather gauge) that comes with AS2012.
