Most of your settings are the same as mine...turn down your cars to siberia setting...they kill the framerate at anything above...if you dont turn them down, you'll have to sacrifice autogen (buildings/roads/trees) by turning those down (turning down roads also seems to turn down cars by not having as many places for the cars to drive on)

And all settings maxxed, getting 60FPS? Sure...with severe clear weather (meaning no clouds/fog) you won't lose frames to cloud rendering and they'd have to have hardware well over stock settings. I have a GTX 670 which has better fill rate for polygons, higher clock speeds so the GPU runs a bit faster, but I still don't have settings any higher than yours. The cars are a big killer, shadows second, water reflections third and autogen last (for 4.5+ghz and GTX 6XX+ setups)

I turned down to the siberia setting and roads. I have 30fps in the same view now, 60 FPS in the view with less autogen. But i had again a CTD with autogen at "extremely" so i set it down too. (at 'too many')

Now i have between 30 and 60 FPS over new york. The grass texture between these autogens looks ugly and unrealistic ... i think photoscenery is necessary in all x plane cities ...

i am gonna try to OC my gpu tomorrow because my max temps are too low

How much RAM do you have in your PC (not video card)?

Don't forget, you're using 1.2gb of video ram just for the textures (look at the bottom of your settings to see how many MB of textures - 1024MB = 1GB) and you have 800MB to load all the roads, trees, mesh, cars, buildings, bridges and clouds into. That may be the source of your CTD, lack of VRAM. Try dropping the texture from Extreme Res or reducing your resolution (lower resolution lowers the texture size requirement i think, not 100% on that)
