B200 Takeoff and Landing procedures

Thought you all might enjoy this sequence of three short YouTube video segments documenting flight of the B200 from APA to TEX:

That's part one; parts two and three are linked in the comments.

Very instructive in terms of what parameters to shoot for all the way through.

Plus the plane is cruising at 28,000 feet. No warning messages. :)

Btw tried this flight in my Carenado B200 last night, followed the specs for the flight listed in the videos, and it was spot on, for everything except max altitude (my flight was ATC at 18000 instead of 28000).

The flashing red warning in the sim above its (incorrect?) max alt level was the only thing that was annoying.

you will not get it if you set your pressurisation accordingly. You only get that annoying warning if your pressure diff was too great. It work pretty close to real world as you can get

if you get it at 30 000 ft, there is a correction out for this one, as it it suppose to have pressurization to work up to 35 000 ft. It seemed they copied the pressure gauge directly from the C90 that is limited to 30 000. It is somewhere in the B200 forum. http://forum.avsim.n...-high-altitude/

See the POH iro pressurization.

and

if you need more there are ample comprehensive list of documents (POH and Training manuals) available.

Google is your friend

Also good idea to read through the B200. There are a lot of info, corrections etc etc.

I guess I'm setting my pressurization wrong, then, as I dial it up (still confused about the rate knob) and the warning still alerts.

Yes, I have that Flightsafety International manual, it's a great read with some good approach procedure diagrams at the end.

Oh and it is NOT a B200 in the video. So I hope you not trying to replicate the "numbers" of the airplane in the video with the B200. The video is showing a King Air 350 (actually a B300 technically). Huge difference in my opinion... but then what is opinions ?? Still dont believe me. ? If you can replicate the airplane numbers in the video with the Carenado B200, it make this Carenado B200 flawed..! :O

BTW, The plane in the video operate from Denver and belong to the Land Rover Inc. Serial FL213

I am asking for a refund...!!

OMG oh well it looked enough like my VC that I had a good time. So I got a 350 for the price of a 200?!

Sweet! ;)

I'm starting to get the urge to bury my puny ancient Core2Duo system under ORBX and OpusFX and FEX and..... sigh.

Or maybe I should stop now and just save up for a new computer for next Xmas! One that will run everything at max! Then I can come here and complain about why I get OOMs when putting Autogen to Extremely Dense.....
