EzDok help please?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am having a lot of trouble recently with FSX. Everything was running fine until I tried to install a livery for the PMDG MD-11 which corrupt my scenery.cfg which forced me to re-install FSX; loosing all my stuff. When I eventually got everything running again, I tried to set up the cameras for EzDok when I came to realize that when i pressed NUM 2 to enter edit mode, I get the pinging sound in the background notifying me that I am in edit mode, but when I press the arrow keys to move around, nothing happens? Also my Pan doesn't work on the cockpit cameras, it works for the gear camera but not the cockpit camera? How can I fix this? This is the last step to getting back to where I was.

Thanks in advance!

this is a known issue with Ezdok.I've had this a few times.

best bet is to Redownload the installer from Flight1 and use that to reinstall.

also in the FSX keyboard settings remove anything to do with the NUM keys.they conflict with Ezdok key commands.

also make sure in the joystick setup inside Ezdok your joystick is recognised.

hope this does the trick

steve

ps

if you have already reinstalled from a fresh flight1 installer.

while in FSX remove your joystick (if USB)and plug it back in.let it be found by the hardware driver.
