February 13, 201313 yr Just got this today, plane floating on P3D tarmac. Tried all the crap from cs forum about reinstall, registry clean etc , pull gear lever down, etc. Looks like a problem with the piracy denial tool cause landing gear is not only inactive device, even with 60 euros+ valid license. battery, APU also not functioning. Most people report the problem as no landing gear on cs forum, but looks like license, piracy tool failing issue. They wount revieal fix on forum, so they direct you to a ticket in thier KB, you go there expecting a sensible suggesting, only to see 2 lines saying reinstall, how annoying, reinstall in same conditions as you did first time what is expected to change. Did reinstall anywa, no prizes for guesing the result :o Some with FSX on cs forum also had the issu, so not unique to P3d. The cabin looks excellent details look good, any tips to wake it up
February 13, 201313 yr Keep in mind that they don't support P3D. Doesn't mean that they'll shoot you down when you try to install her, but.. they don't support it. However, did you ask Mark over at the CS forums? He runs P3D and I think I've read that he tried the 777 and only received minor issues. As for the problems you are reporting. Indeed, looks like the protection isn't happy. I only saw that happening here when accidentally entering a wrong code (had one blank too much). As a general tip, it may help to turn off your antivirus for a moment and to right click the installer with picking 'run as administrator'. This and the correct code usually solves any issues with a bad installation.
February 13, 201313 yr That doesn't help him, Mayia. ^_^ I think a lot of their planes will work in P3D though. It's just not supported.
