Hello all. I've been looking for workable solutions to this problem but nothing seems to fit or solve it, so I thought I'd best join in the discussion here.

 

I've been encountering two endgame problems with the PMDG 737NGX:

1. Freeze and CTD at random when pressing an LSK or RSK on the FMC
    
   
2. Inability to load the flight once 'Fly Now' is selected - progress bar appears against the desktop rather than a black background and FSX then encounters a fatal error and closes.
   

Through the Win7 Event Viewer I've found error messages relating to PMDG_737NGX.dll, and most troubleshoots for this I've seen involve an update to the DirectX runtime - however these have been fruitless as the runtimes are coming up as "already up-to-date".

 

I'd appreciate any help and suggestions you guys can provide; please let me know if you need more information to help.

It's probably best if you submit a support ticket to PMDG.

This one suddenly started on my system too when exiting the flight to main menu this weekend - as i recall i have only gone from DX9 to DX10 and installed the emergency NGX expansionpack from FS2CREW althought i believe i saw the problem before installing that.
