Oh goodie, a waterfall in Hawai'i! And this one is on the Big Island! Whodathunkit?

 

I like to see what the web has to say about places like this, so here's a link to one person's opinion:

As usual, you start at Waimea-Kohala, PHMU. Extra credit is given if you fly the Aerocache at night!

 

 

So much for saying yesterday that the AOTD "should be" in Alaska, as Tuesday's was in Hawai'i... Now what am I going to do with this parka? :(

There are other valleys in the area and they also have waterfalls! :lol:

 

 

 

 

Plenty of streams.

 

 

 

 

The whole area is full of wonderful scenery.

I don't get it - they have room in the Waipio Valley for (apparently) an endless number of waterfalls, but only enough space for about half a soccer field. The poor kids.
