March 6, 201313 yr I went from a 22" 1080p LCD to an Asus 27" 1080p LED (with TN panel). The colors are significantly better, and surprisingly - despite the bigger size - I didn't notice an increase in pixelation. In fact, I found this monitor to be more crisp. I am glad I bought it. Right now I can fully zoom out in the VC (with WideViewAspect=false by the way) and still read all the instruments. I did want to go for a 1600p monitor at first, but there was no way I was gonna justify the price and on top of that I was afraid for a significant performance decrease due to the larger pixel count. Did anybody notice a performance difference between 1080p and 1440p/1600p? Arjen Vandervelde
