March 8, 201313 yr I frequently fly the DC3 and the Basler turbo DC3. The gear, or undercarriage, was designed by British aircraft designer Neville Shute Norway (who also wrote novels as Neville Shute). The reason for the wheels being still half visible when retracted was to allow for a safe belly landing if the gear was damaged. The MSFS model does not allow this, any attempt to belly land results in a crash, and if crash detection is off, one simply bounces back up. Is there any way to modify the aircraft.cfg to allow this feature?
