I bought my computer 3 weeks ago, everything was working fine. Today I tried to turn it on and after three seconds it turns off again, it then starts again and then again off, (it does the same constantly) what is the problem here?

Could be a number of things happening  here, your power button could be  in the stuck on position when you turn it on,   some short circuit  in your hard ware some  where, these are  some of the reason.

if you do a google of  computer turn off and on repeatly  it will bring to some web pages  and the  2 nd link i think will give you steps  to solve your issues, other  than this  take it  to a pc  shop  or unless some  else got a better idea

 

ps i just noticed you just bought your pc  3  weeks ago take it back it should be under warranty still hopefully better still

Could be a PSU or few other things. Regardless,  I wouldn't do anything until contacting the manufacture assuming its new and not used? Not much info.
