Can we start boarding gets replied to automatically

One thing I've noticed is sometimes when you get the question "Can we start boarding now?" you never get the chance to respond with "Yes" until you hear next reply "Ok, I'll let them know".

 

Anyone else seen this or is it my speech recog eng that needs to be trimmed maybe? Strange though is that when this happens I don't make any noice or say anything so I don't understand why FS2Crew "thinks" I replied with a 'Yes' when I didn't in fact say anything.

The only time it doesn't do it, is when I have the mic muted. I think for some reason this part is sensitive to residual noise!

Thanks Mike for confirming I'm not the only one. Might be wrong but I think I once tried doing just what you suggest...to mute the mic but still dialog advanced by itself.

 

Will do some testing but not a big issue really.

I'm with you on that one 100%, can't even recall when I last did a flight without my FS2Crew FO :lol:
