March 21, 201313 yr Not sure if this is the right forum or not but I have a few questions. I saw this topic in the AVSIM Hardware and Software guide and I want to know if: 1. Does this also apply if I'm using DX10 Preview 2. I found a bunch of .BMP files that were converted to .DDS files using ConvimX. Do I delete the .BMP files and copy these files to the folder the .BMP files were in? (FSX\Scenery\Global\Texture) Thanks in-advance.. March 21, 201313 yr Yes - get rid of the bmps's. The more important part is making sure those files have alphas and mipmaps, Chris. Once it's done you can then be sure that the/any source of stuttering is not caused by this. i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
