In the time you've spent arguing back and forth you could have opened a support ticket with PMDG, received a reply, and be on your merry way. Also, you've been provided with a link to instructions to solve the problem yourself. As you seem reluctant to do either, I don't think there's much more anyone can contribute to your cause.
