BEAT THE SUCKER.... man, so simple.. looking back at my scan for fs9.cfg there is not one there.. something (virus or malware changed the .cfg to a text file. ) that never sat right with me all along.. A few days ago I renamed the file and took out the .cfg out of it but never mad any difference.  I bit the bullet and copied my backup fs9.cfg to the folder and bingo all good.. Man am I a happy dude now..No reinstall, no format etc...no installing all the add-on's etc.......... :Party:
