To all of you who cannot reach the Aivlasoft website, try this and post the screenshot of it:

Start > Run > CMD [ENTER] This brings up your command prompt.

Then type in "tracert aivlasoft.com" [ENTER]

You will then see your computer trace the path to the aivlasoft.com website and it will show you the exact path it is taking to get there.

Any hops taking 5+ seconds will just timeout with a * and it moves to the next one.

What you are looking for is where the journey gets stopped, as this will likely be a common block, if you guys all post your tracert screenshots, you will then see if this is the case.

I will go first, to show you what a working tracert looks like:

TRACERT-aivlasoft.JPG

So, from my PC in London, to their website in Zurich, it took 16 hops.. Given that they are sharing a cluster with over 5000+ websites! (OMFG Oversold is not the word), it is likely that some ISP's may well be blocked, so if you guys do this test and share your screenshots, you may suddenly find you all have a similar point of blockage.

Once you know where the blockage is, you know who to contact. Simple's...

@@Dutch1 - So, you can see from your screenshot, that your AT&T providers routing kit @ 151.164.40.110 cant find the Aivlasoft website..

Now lets see any other tracerts from AT&T users having issues. See if a similar pattern builds up.

Thanks Richard, very curious now.

No prob's... This is how you can now see the problem is not your computer, but a connectivity issue between AT&T's routing kit, and the next step along the path.

Look forward to seeing the tracerts of any more users who cant access the Aivlasoft website.

Might be worth emailing aivlasoft to ask if they have any blocks in place for anything starting 151.164.x.x
