March 31, 201313 yr Hello everyone! I had a problem with the MERGED airplane. When I took off from LFMN (Nice) the airplane trim suddenly went all the way down. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a problem in the merge? I did change joystick at the ground and I set the simulation speed at 4X while taxiing(so both on the ground). Maby that has something to do with it. Hope someone can help me! Greetings Luuk
March 31, 201313 yr AFAIK, this is a Wilco issue: just after takeoff, the trim setting appears to go nuts when in Basic or Intermediate mode. The solution is to use Expert mode... but in my case, I prefer to wrestle the aircraft until I retract flaps, instead of losing the MCDU assistance. You need to be aware that during the takeoff roll, you should have your joystick half forward until reaching 80 kts. Then you can release it. See Pilot's guide, page 8. PS: I hope you're doing takeoffs at 1x  Best regards,Luis Hernández Main rig: self built, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D (with SMT off and CO -50 mV), 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti 16GB, 256 GB M.2 SSD (OS+apps) + 2x1 TB SATA III SSD (sims) + 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD (storage), ID-Cooling SE-224-XTS air cooler, Viewsonic VX2458-MHD 1920x1080@120-144 Hz (G-sync compatible), Windows 11. April 1, 201313 yr Author Thank you! The trim didn't go nuts everytime I flew in beginner mode. Does the trim problem just happen random or always? Because I only had it one time in like 11 takeoffs in biginner mode Thanks again!
