Building crashes

Featured Replies

I seem to have got trouble with the invisible building crash 'bug' that is a problem at several airports as there are a number of posts on it. It occurs when I click S to change view.It is happening at NZWN and I am using the NZWN scenery(which incidentally is very good) from the Windowlight/Godzone site.I am running MSFS2K2 and the scenery was developed for Fs9 but it also happens with scenery for 2K2 running on Fs9.It is diffcult to see if any solution to the problem has been found other than disabling crash detection.Does anyone have other suggestions?Thanks,:-hmmm

Have you tried making a saved flight at this location, then disable the addon scenery, start the saved flight and see if you are in a default building. If so, then you might need to make an exclude that covers this building and add this exclude to the addon scenery folder to exclude the default building when the addon scenery is enabled.W. Sieffert

I noted the problem first after takeoff on cycling to tower view. Obviously there are no buildings midair.Perhaps it is because of some scenery such as trees between the tower and the plane which cause the camera to 'crash' into the trees as it zooms in?
