won't accept product key

just bought js41 installed ok but doesn't accept activation key.  tried uppercase, lowercase,  dashes, no dashes ....what have i missed???

You can only activate the product like 3 times then you have to put a ticket in with pmdg support for them to reset your serial.

its better to cut & past the activation key from your email that way you cant enter/type it incorrectly.
