Hello all

I have a graphic problem I think but as I will tell u hear this is what happens to my sim when I use it

The screen flickers but fr is 30-40 fps

Suddenly the cockpit goes funny it is transparent u look down and instead of the floor u sees the taxiway or the buttons are missing in the cockpit and sometimes it just stops working and crashes

After restart all comes back but some time mid flight it will happen again

All drivers are up to date

System specs

Computer i7 3.4g sandy bridge

4 GB memory

Win 7 64 bit

Motherboard  asus

 Graphics card Asus HD7770

2 screens Samsung 22” and noc 22”

Fsx

Pmdg 747-400

If anyone can help it will be much appreciated

About the transparency, go to your FSX.cfg, locate the GRAPHICS section and add HIGHMEMFIX=1.

 

That will solve your problem.

The first step to your needs is to at least spell properly and not write in "slang". This step will help simplify your problem as we can read clearly and easily.

Please do not align the text on the right side, it's a pain to read it there, and using commas/fullstops to separate sentences would really be helpful, too...

Is the PMDG 747 the only aircraft with which this happens, or does it happen with default ones, too? If the problem is linked to the 747, something might have gone wrong during the installation.

hi OE-LAT and sorry for that my spelling is not so good.

 

as for the problem it is only pmdg as i do  not use any default 747.

but i just re formated my computer as this happend befor.

and the installation is new.

You might want to try and reinstall the PMDG 747. I'm not totally sure if this applies for the 747 as well, because I don't have it, but their MD-11 would crash FSX immediately the moment you load it when you don't have FSX SP2 or Acceleration installed.

If I understand it correctly, your problem is quite similar, so you could give the UIAutomationCore.dll a try.

Another thing that might help, is to post the error report here, so some of the "tech guys" could identify the problem and a possible solution.

no error report came up just  transparent but so far 1 flight 3.5hr and was ok will test soon and report.
