C210 Centurion II

Featured Replies

Has anyone had trouble with the Carenado C210 crashing X-Plane? I have never had X-Plane to CTD, but using the C210 just a few minutes flight is all I get, before a CTD. None of the other Carenado planes do this. Nice flying plane, but I can't get it to run for more than a few minutes. Thought I wold ask around before contacting Carenado.

It's not compatible with 64bit at the moment.

"This is an X-Plane memory leak, related to LuaJIT, the scripting language used to write the scripts that the SASL plugin interprets. Laminar Research themselves have confirmed that we are using the latest and best version of SASL, and that the problem is on LAMINAR's end. They will try to plug up the memory leak by v10.30"

Thanks strider1, I'm glad to know it isn't on my end as I have never had a CTD with this sim or any other sim for that matter. Even FSX I've never had it crash. In truth though I don't run very much 3rd party stuff other than airplanes. LOL
